2010 Yakima Valley Chardonnay: Lots of tropical fruit, oak and butter. This wine was fermented and aged in new and older Burgundian French oak barrels 750ml $12.99
2010 Rattlesnake Hills Chardonnay. This label replaces our Reserve Chardonnay label. It is the same wine barrel-fermented and aged in new French oak barrels. Soft, luscious, and buttery. 750 ml. $20.00
2008 Dry Gewürztraminer: This '05 version was one of the Wine Enthusiasts top 100 wines. This vintage is no different. Lovely peach and grapefruit aromas. Totally dry. 750 ml bottle. $12.99
2009 Yakima Valley Riesling: The 2007 Riesling is a great sipping Riesling with fruit and cheese. 6.6% Residual Sugar. 750 ml bottle. $12.99
Sunset: Premium varietal grapes only are used to make our liquid Yakima Valley Sunsets. Good any time of day. After all it is sunset somewhere. Please do not confuse it with blusch wines. 3% RS not too sweet and just a little tart. Great in the hot tub, on the deck or in the boat. 750ml $9.99
Bonnie Bonair: An off dry Pinot Noir. Rich nose of raspberry fruit (no raspberries, though). Fermented and aged in stainless tanks for freshness. Serve chilled with pasta, pork, or BBQ. 750ml $12.99
2008 Cabernet Franc: (Frankensauv) Our premium blend red wine from Cabernet Franc (78%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (22%) Aged 2 years in small oak casks. Very fruity with some black pepper overtones. 750ml $14.99
2007 Morrison Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon: We have produced a vineyard designated cabernet from this tiny, rocky, hillside vineyard since 1988. Each vintage has been superior. Noted for its intense color and rich berry flavors, this vintage is no exception. 100% French Oak. We find these wines mature in about 7 years. 750ml $24.00.
Bung Dog Red: Although Bung, our Australian Shepherd is a purebred, this is a mutt blend of 80 % Pinot Noir and 20% Malbec. We only produce it once a year and sell it fast. 750 ml. $12.99.
2007 Rattlesnake Hills Malbec: Deep garnet color makes this more like a classic Cahors, than a thin Argentine Malbec. Cassis, blackberry dominate the nose. 100% new French oak barrels. Very limited. 750 ml $24.00
2006 Rattlesnake Hills Merlot: Big bright red cherry nose with layers of sweet oak from 100% new French oak barrels. Very limited. 750 ml $20.00
2008 Rattlesnake Hills Pinot Noir: Pinot Noir in the classic French Burgundy-style. Deep garnet color and bright red cherry nose. Aged 22 months in French oak barrels from Burgundy. 750 ml $24.00
2009 Gewurztraminer White Port: Talk about a holiday wine, this is the perfect accompaniment for rich desserts such as divinity, white chocolate and white fruitcake. It has nose of peaches and honeysuckle. It was aged in neutral French Oak barrels for ten months. As a summer refresher, mix it 50-50 with seltzer and a twist of lime. More refreshing than beer! 18.5% alcohol. 750 ml bottle $20.00
2007 Touriga Port: Very much like an Oporto. Smooth late-bottled vintage style 18.5% Alcohol 750ml $24.00.
2008 Riesling Ice Wine: Picked at 42 brix on a cold December day, it is truly an ice wine. !7% residual sugar makes it a dessert unto itself. 375ml $35.00
